3. Vitamin C

Vitamin C with the right combination of proteins is the most important for the production of a substance called collagen. It helps in preventing tissue, growth and cell repair. Vitamin C can be obtained from Citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, limes, melons and berries other than that additional options for adding vitamin C foods to your diet are Brussels sprouts, red peppers, green leafy vegetables, cauliflower, tomatoes and cucumbers.

4. Silicon

Silicon deficiency is also linked with hair problems. It helps in strengthening our hair and also in its growth. Food rich in silicon are: cucumbers, rice, oats, avocados, lettuce, etc.

5. Zinc

Zinc is the mineral which is used to avoid wrinkles, drying skin and loss of hair. It can be found in mushroom, veggies, sunflower seeds, milk, spinach, pumpkin etc.

6. Iron
