These dilators are instant in their action and immediate dilation gives the body air and helps it to relax and go through the air gasping attack.

These inhalers may be of many types but mainly differ in respect to the duration of their effect. Some are meant to be long lasting while some are very quick and provide short term relief. These inhalers include major bronchodilators like Corticosteroids, Cromolyn and nedocromil. Hence you must ensure that you are not allergic to any on the ingredient drug before using any asthma inhaler.
