    Don’t you think that having fresh fruits and veggies as they are is better… Drinking there juices gives nutrition… I agree to that… But the amount of roughage and fiber we get eating them as it is is lost when we consume them as juices… And also eating them makes our hunger a bit less… And its also a way of having healthy and natural food… Your views on that please…
