Avoid supplements of this and Vitamin A as a study has proved that there is an increase in lung cancer to as high as 28% among smoker who were taking these as supplements.
Lung cancer patients have to visit doctors on regular basis for treatment but for the preventive measure also one must visit doctor for a medical checkup. This should be accompanies with medicines and an X-ray of chest is must on an yearly basis of the smokers, people above the age of 50 and for those who have case in their family as they are likely to have so.
