Here are some simple steps to get you started:

Decrease the toxins in your food and water:

Avoid junk foods, processed foods and foods and drinks that contain additives. Eliminate foods with a high sugar and fat content. Try to avoid coffee and alcohol.  Drink filtered or good bottled mineral water and drink at least 6 – 8 glasses a day.

Decrease toxins on your body and in your home:

The next step which is also very essential is to eliminate those personal care products and household cleaning products which are usually made up of chemicals. These products include cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, shampoos, nail polish, toothpastes, detergents, fabric softeners, furniture sprays and air fresheners. Try to use natural products which are organic based rather than chemical.

Eat healthy food:

Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains, hormone free meat and poultry, free range eggs and a little fish from unpolluted sources. Choose organic wherever possible.

Try to add fresh fruit and vegetable juices or Green Smoothies twice a day or try a juice fast for 1 or 2 days.

Supplement support:

    Green Smoothies are fresh greens, blended with any fruit.
    For example: spinach with 2 big pears.

    Sounds interesting Nikhil. I can say I have never had one. I have made my own vegetable juice, like a V-8 from the garden, but never with fresh greens and fruit. I will have to try that soon.
