The first relation in which we get into even before we come in this world is the relationship with our mother. It becomes all the more important when it is between mother and daughter. Some mothers know even without any test, that they are going to have a girl child. Their bonding starts from inside the womb which is the whole sole place for the baby before birth. It is believed that a baby starts perceiving things when it is inside the mother’s body. When a lady is expecting a girl child, her time to develop a perfect association between them begins. She talks to her baby, tells her about everything happening around and loves her. This helps to a very large extent in creating a perfect bonding between the two.

The most vital components in any mother- daughter relationship are trust and understanding.

Trust on your daughter nourishes your relation and helps it grow older because without trust everything will fall a part. Similarly, understanding helps in maintaining a rapport between you two and keeps it going. Though you may not be having the best possible relationship with your daughter but you should make sure that you cultivate it since her childhood. This is the time when values are inculcated in the child and she starts looking at the environment around her from her eyes. The actual testing time comes when she enters adolescence. Earlier you were the world for her but now, she develops links with other people also, some of which may be good and some may not be. At this point, she needs to be assisted properly and carefully, as now she starts defining herself and setting up goals in her life.

At this stage, the first thing you need to take care of is that you need to be patient. Always remember, whatever hard work you have done with her, since her birth, in making her grow into a better individual will play the most important role. So, try impacting her with good values like wisdom, respect, strength, honesty, and hard work, by being a perfect example in front of her as we learn more from our eyes than our ears.
