Natural Way to Live a Longer and Healthier Life
Join a gym, go for a stroll in the morning, walk the treadmill, do some exercises & meditate for some time. All these sentences are heard everyday from our elders. In our
hectic lives, we have forgotten that there is our body of whom we have to take care of. Our sedentary lives have literally cut our threads with the nature. We wake up in the morning, get ready for work, work till the evening in an air conditioned cabin, come home and slept in our ambient apartment. Did we breathe the fresh air? Oh no, we did not have time for it. This lost connection with the nature is the main reason for all our stress and depression.
We have become so busy that it has practically slipped out of our minds that we have to do something for our health too. This way, we are annoying the nature and the result for this is in front of us- increased mortality rate.

News of death due to one or the reason has occupied every channel of the television and every corner of the newspaper. The life span of humans has reduced as compared to what it was thousand years back.
Nature has given us this life and it has solution to our every problem. The only way to live longer is to live close to the nature. We should go for walk daily. This generates a rhythm in our body and we feel more lively and blissful. Going for morning walk has many advantages. Fresh air enters our body. This is good for our respiratory system and increases blood hemoglobin levels. This is good for healthy skin also. Exercises and yoga are also very important for a healthy and long life. Doing regular exercise maintains your body strength, promotes muscle growth and increases blood circulation in our body. Meditating for sometime in a peaceful environment brings you closer to your self. It increases your concentration and keeps your mind active. Apart from this, it also promotes healthy living. All these will aid in a longer life if done regularly.
