Aerobic Class – Types & Styles
Aerobic is an exercise form which gained popularity in the 80s and has since been considered as a prolific means of
improving ones fitness. Aerobic is taught in an aerobic class which basically aims to teach this fruitful exercise in groups with a trainer who is mostly certified by an aerobics authority or has done some kind of a certified course in aerobics. An aerobic class has many variations and is available in a variety of forms. There exists a separate aerobic class for all the different types and variation of aerobics. For example there is an aerobic class available for sport aerobics (also known as gymnastics aerobic), for water aerobic, another aerobic class for step aerobics and freestyle aerobics. Other styles include yoga combined with aerobics which, like all others can be learned through a yoga aerobic class.
