@ Julie
-Who eats when they are depressed (personality styles or traits)?
Who eats when they are happy? Who does not eat

Till today we cant say concretely that depression food habits can be distinguished easily on traits or personality. It varies from person to person, not via traits.

Yes, we can connect it with Freud’s anal retentive theory. All things in our sub-conscious mind.

-Could the wrong foods make you depressed?
Yes, having a good diet is very important.
Foods we eat have a direct impact on your body and mind.

@Tooth White
Thanks for your comment.

What a good blog you have here. I am a massive fan of the festive season and with a little more free time I love to browse the internet. I have bookmarked your site and plan on coming back again soon. In times past we would kill time and expand our knowledge by reading the daily newspapers, nowadays I would encourage everyone to read random blog posts each day and gain a personal insight into unique subjects and fascinating ramblings. Keep up your great blog posts.

I am very interested in learning how depression affects appetite in all ages, genders and races.
Who eats when they are depressed (personality styles or traits)? Who eats when they are happy? Who does not eat and so forth and can we connect this to Freud's anal retentive theory in any way? And could the wrong foods make you depressed?
