FLAXSEEDS: they are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and phytochemicals like lignans. These reduce the levels of blood cholesterol and low density lipids. Thus, they decrease the risk of heart attacks and other related diseases.

WHOLE GRAINS: They are good for the entire body. They lower the chances of heart diseases, strokes, diabetes and colon cancer. They prevent bleeding gums, dental plaques and obesity.
