These are all signs of abusive relationship in which the victim is being harassed mentally. Other signs of abusive relationship are blaming you for their problems and seething with rage at the drop of a hat so that you always feel like you’re walking on an eggshell. Also, abusing you after having drunk too much alcohol is not acceptable and should not be discarded as something done without one’s senses.

As for the people who are in a long term relationship and have just realized that they are being abused you should either consult a therapist or be prepared to leave your abusers.
