Swimming would have to be ‘the best’ form of exercise their is, especially if you are looking to stay toned and lean. It is low impact and is actually excellent therapy post intensive exercise as well because it speeds up muscle recovery.

If you have ever wondered why you feel really hungry after a good swim session its because your practically using every muscle in your body which in turns supercharges your metabolism.
