If your child drools on pizza then you can always feed him the same with less of cheese and more of vegetables. Fruits and vegetables can always be barbequed with your child’s favorite barbeque chicken. Children may not eat a lot of salads which can always be fed to them as a dressing on burgers. Fruits can be consumed in the form of juices. Remember always to go for freshly squeezed juice instead of the tinned version to avoid the extra calories.
