    I think no evidence, who have live longer between vegetarian and meat lover, valid research can’t proof that.

    Good article. I think there is more it, genetics for one things; but also the meat eaten today isn’t the same as in the past unless it is grass-fed. And meat eaters seem to include more of the processed and junk type foods than a vegetarian will.

    Vegeterians may live longer than meat eaters but I think meat eaters get more amount of nutrients as compared to that of vegetarians.

    The number of options in vegetarian food(in terms of nutrition and nutritional value) is much larger than that in non-vegetarian food…I can say that even when I eat a lot of non vegetarian stuff…
